Robinson Township Garage

This was a garage in Robinson Township, PA that had widespread cracks throughout the entire garage along with stains and pitting.

After doing extensive preparation of the concrete using a shot blaster machine and filling all the cracks with our CycloSpartic crack repair, we were ready to begin to apply our CycloSpartic base coat, which is 20x stronger than epoxy.

Shot blasting shoots steel shot into the concrete to remove a thin layer of the surface, which creates a clean and slightly rough profile so that the base coat can best adhere into the pores of the concrete.

CycloSpartic liquid crack repair is poured into the cracks and cures in just 20 minutes. A hand grinder is then used to smooth out the surface to the level of the existing concrete.

Once the CycloSpartic base coat was applied, we immediately broadcasted our Stonebridge series hybrid decorative flake on top of the basecoat. After 1-2 hours, the excess flake was removed and scaped to a semi-smooth surface.

We then applied our clear, UV resistant CycloSpartic topcoat which seals in the entire floor, protecting it from a lifetime of dirt, water and household chemicals.

This garage was completely transformed from a cracked and stained slab of old concrete to a beautiful, highly durable garage floor!
