Kennedy Twp Basement

We don't just do garages. Look at this basement! It had linoleum tiles from the 1960's. We prepared the concrete by removing all the residual tile adhesive. Then we applied our gray Cyclospartic base coat, which is 20 times stronger than epoxy. We then covered the surface with 1/4 inch decorative chip; color - Everest. It looked amazing!

After scraping the floor to smooth it out and vacuuming, we applied our UV and scratch-resistant Cyclospartic topcoat with a special anti-slip material mixed in to provide extra traction.

We also did the same process to the wood stair treads and foot rail of the bar.

The homeowners, Matt and Lexi, were ecstatic and were able to showcase their transformed basement at their annual Halloween party later that week! They want us to come back to redo their bar top in metallic epoxy! We will post those pics when completed.
